About The Data Agency

The Data Agency is a group of brands specializing in data, technology, and analytics. This group consists of the following brands: Campaigns Unlimited, EDM, GeoMarktprofiel, Global Group, Human Inference, and Invenna.

Within the group, The Data Agency BV is the data controller. This means that we process the personal data you provided to us or one of the other brands as part of a business relationship.

Which data do we process and why?

We process your personal data to:

  • Provide requested information, such as downloadable documents like a case or infographic.

When you fill out a website form, we will store your data in our marketing and relationship system. In a website form, we always request your first name and email address. Occasionally, we also ask for your last name, company name, phone number, job title, and industry.
